See PoE Availability and Modes for more information. All switches have a maximum power output, and it is possible to hit that maximum before using all available ports. If your device is connected to a PoE switch, ensure the switch isn’t exceeding its PoE availability. Compatible PoE adapters can be purchased here. Check your product’s datasheet to verify that you are using the correct power source. UniFi devices may require PoE, PoE+, or PoE++ power.
